1. Ethio telecom invites all interested and eligible bidders who have Grade 6 and above BC/GC by this National Competitive Bid for the procurement of “Shegole Building Renovation Work” with RFQ No. 4089319 to sign a contract agreement with the finally awarded bidder(s).
Bid documents can be obtained from ethio telecom West Addis Ababa Zone, Tadesse Chekole Building Commercial 8th floor Room No. 801 during office hours (Monday to Friday) upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 100 (One hundred Birr only).
2. All interested bidders are expected to fulfill the requirements stated here below:
a) Bid Security valid for 148 days starting from bid opening time;
b) Bidders should have a valid and renewed trade license for the year (For Local bidders)
c) Bidders should have VAT registration certificate (For Local bidders)
d) Bidders should have valid Tax clearance certificate for the year (for construction)
f) Certificate of competency for construction Grade 6 and above BC/GC shall be stated.
All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of Birr 25,000.00 (Birr Twenty-five thousand birr only)
3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from ethio telecom website ethiotelecom.com and inspect the bidding document upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 100 (Birr amount in words) in person from West Addis Ababa Zone, Tadesse Chekole Building Commercial 8th floor Room No. 801

Bid proposal will be received at the Enqulale Fabrica Tadesse Chekol Commercial Center near to Police Kebebe 8th floor Room No. 801, before or on 31/08/2022 until 02:00 P.M. Bids presented by any bidder after the closing date and time shall not be accepted.
4. Bids received in time and fulfilling the other formalities shall be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their legal representatives on 31/08/2022 at 02:30 PM, at Enqulale Fabrica Tadesse Checol Commercial Center near to Police Kebebe 8th floor Room No. 801.
