It is to be remembered that, Ethio telecom has launched National Competitive Bid (NCB) for the procurement of Different types of Generator Spare Parts and Professional Standard Tools with RFQ No. 4239595-2 and 4239596-2 respectively with a floating period from September 13,2023 to October 4 ,2023.
In connection to this, some of the bidders have requested us clarification on the technical issues. Following this, bidders’ clarification requests were thoroughly reviewed and appropriate clarification responses have been given as you can see from the attached documents. In connection to this, ethio telecom has officially decided to extend the bid closing and opening dates by one (1) week to give sufficient time to prepare competitive offer in to considering the provided clarification response and complete related processes as shown in the table below:

N.B:
Finally, all bid participants should bear in mind that; these clarification responses are part of the bidding document issued with RFQ No 4239595-2 & 4239596-2 and binding (shall be considered during evaluation too).
