Terms and conditions
- The offer is available for all enterprise customers who subscribe to new discounted FBB internet for SOHO with new SIM cards.
- Enterprise customers who subscribe new enterprise starter pack (ESP) package can subscribe/purchase only once either as a one-off or as recurring.
- After the combined offer subscription, the customer can terminate all or either of the services at any time and can continue with the preferred service (packages) at a discounted price.
- For all ESP packages except FBB, both prepaid and postpaid mobile subscribers shall pay the offer price with upfront payment for the first month only. After the first month, it shall be managed via bill for postpaid and via recharging for prepaid recurring package.
- For combo FBB new subscribers, the subscription fee shall be free for both fixed line and FBB internet.
- Upgrade and downgrade are possible
- Within FBB internet for SOHO bandwidth only if the customer is continued the combined starter pack.
- From combined starter pack to tele business fiber internet without 20% discount.
- Upgrade and downgrade are impossible from FBB internet for SOHO and tele business fiber internet to the combined starter pack.
- A customer who subscribes to the combined offer (new discounted FBB for SOHO + new SIM) is eligible for a 12-month installment payment of ADSL modem but should sign a commitment.
- If a customer fails to pay the 12-month installment price (terminate the contract before the contract period), the customer shall pay the remaining month's unpaid ADSL modem (device) price.
- The service shall be provided only on postpaid modality for FBB internet starter pack and by postpaid, prepaid & hybrid modality for all mobile starter pack offers.
- For the customers who subscribe to combo internet for SOHO (FBB internet + Fixed line), there is a fixed line three-month free package. After three months, the free resources will be disconnected and if the customer wants to continue using the resources, they should pay an additional 100 Birr per month.
- 100% unused starter pack mobile resource should be rolled over to the next month only.
