Ethio telecom invites all interested and eligible bidders by this National Competitive Bid (NCB) for procurement of Dry latrine at Ankober & Hageremariam and Guard House Construction at Ankober /3*3m/, Metebelah /2*2m/ & Sululta /1.2*1.2m/ and Fence Work at Chacha, Metehbela & Sululta and CNR Regional Cafeteria Construction & Modification Workwith RFQ No. 4081690, 4082602, 4082629 & 4082631 to sign a One-time contract agreement with the finally awarded bidder(s).The Tender remains floating from April 18, 2022 to April 28,2022 Until 5:00 P.M.

Bid documents can be obtained from Ethio telecom Central North Region Main Office Debre Birhan, St. Selassie building Room No. 409 during office hours (Monday to Friday) upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 100.00 (Birr One hundred only) or you can also find bid documents from web sites www.afrotender.com, www.extratenders.com and www.2merkato.com upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 100.00 (Birr One hundred only) by using tele birr payment platform.

2. Interested bidders are expected to fulfill the Requirements stated here below:
a) Bid Security valid for 148 days starting from bid opening date.
b) Bidders should have a valid and renewed trade license for the year
c) Bidders should have VAT registration certificate
d) Anti-bribery pledge form
e) Letter of authorization to sign the bid
f) Bidder should have valid Tax clearance certificate.
g) Compliance Statement Sheet form
h) Presentation of Commercial and technical offers
i) Bidders should have renewed competency certificate grade category GC/BC 7 & above from Ministry of Urban Development & Housing Construction or/and the respective regional office.
3. All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security for Birr 185,000.00 (Birr One Hundred Eighty-Five Thousand only) If participated for all But if bidder(s) Who wish to participate in the bid partially on RFQ bases, the bid security shall be in the amount of Birr 35,000.00 (Birr Thirty-Five thousand only) for Construction of dry latrine at Ankober & Hageremariam and Aluminum Guard House /3*3m/ at Ankober; Birr 50,000.00 (Birr fifty thousand only) for Construction of fence and Aluminum Guard House /1.2*1.2m/ at Sululta; Birr 50,000.00 (Birr fifty thousand only) for Construction of fence and Aluminum Guard House /2*2m/ at Metebela & Birr 50,000 (Birr fifty thousand Only) for Construction & modification of Regional Cafeteria & Construction of fence at Chacha respectively.
3.1 The bid bond shall be furnished in one of the following forms: –
a) Certified Cheque /CPO issued by a recognized domestic bank or
b) Bond issued by and/or confirmed through a recognized/reputable Domestic bank.
3.2 The Bank that issues the bond as per 3.1 (b) here above shall unequivocally guarantee to pay the purchaser immediately upon the first written demand of payment. The Purchaser’s written demand of payment shall not be subject to any condition what so ever.
3.3 The bond issuing bank shall clearly incorporate the content stated under Clause here above on the issued bond.
4. 5. Bid proposal will be received at Ethio telecom Central North Region, Debre Berhan St. Selassie building which is near to the church, 4th floor room No. 409, Before or on April 28, 2022 until 5:00 P.M. Bids presented by any bidder after the closing date shall not be accepted.
6. Bids received in time and fulfilling the other formalities shall be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their legal representatives on April 29, 2022 at 10:00 A.M, at St. Selassie building 4th Floor, Room No 409.
7. Partial bid is allowed on RFQ bases.
8. No one is allowed to duplicate or transfer the bidding document that she/he acquired to participate under this invitation.
9. Bidders are seriously advised to read and comply with the instructions provided in this bidding document.
10. Ethio telecom reserves the right to reject all or parts of this bid.
