Accordingly, our company has officially launched four services today that will significantly enhance the customer experience.
- Following the expansion of the 4G network service infrastructure and improved service accessibility across several cities in the nation, as well as the ever-increasing smartphone penetration, our company has officially launched VoLTE (Voice over Long-Term Evolution) service today. This service enhances customers’ ability to make and receive superior voice and video quality phone calls, aligning our company with industry standards in the telecom sector.
VoLTE is an advanced technology that provides ultra-high definition call quality, making voices sound clearer with much less background noise compared to any other standard voice call. The technology enables users to stay always online with uninterrupted data during voice calls and enables users to switch seamlessly to video calls within a call, and vice versa. The tariff is similar to the existing normal voice tariff with no subscription fee required to start using the service.
The technology allows voice communication over the 4G/5G data networks and enables users with compatible VoLTE service-supported/enabled smartphones and 4G/5G SIM cards to experience ultra-clear voice quality with quicker call connection setup time. It also enables customers to access reliable roaming and interconnect services while traveling abroad.
- Similarly, our company has launched Rich Communication Service (RCS) / Rich Business Messaging (RBM). The service enables individuals and institutions to send and receive a variety of real-time communications, including graphics/photos, video information, emojis, audio clips, and messages, as well as share locations beyond words with seamless media sharing capacity. The service allows the sending and receiving of unlimited characters at a time and grants users access to group chats, video calls, document sharing, content encryption, and other features.
- At the same time, our company has launched Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS) value-added services with the latest features and contents. Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS) allows customers to send and receive video and audio files, send multiple messages to different recipients simultaneously, send/receive messages of up to 1600 characters, and enables users to know the time the message has been received and read.
- The Voice Mail Services (VMS) we launched with the latest features allow users to record, deliver voice messages to recipients, and store and retrieve messages at any time and any place. This convenient alternative to voicemail delivery service allows users to leave a voice message when a caller is unable to reach the recipient due to network coverage or any other reason.
