Additional note

  • You can buy additional spare parts such as IPHS inverter, power module, battery module, backup box, and intelligent electric quantity collector to increase usage hours and/or other solutions.
  • You can pay the total payment once or with a 12-month extended payment option.

  • The solutions are available in single phase (220 V) and customers can contact our premium enterprise service center located at Churchill avenue next to Lycee Gebremariam school.
  • 4G data only prepaid SIM cad with 1 GB data will be provided for a total of 10 years. For SIM replacement request, customers shall cover the service fee.
  • Battery power control module can be purchased separately to extend the working hours of the solution.
  • Battery expansion module sales is allowed only for customers who purchase the whole solution earlier.
  • Customers may also increase the capacity of the solution based on the survey results conducted by our technical team.
  • Replacement of Ethio telecom equipment will be covered under a replacement or repair warranty period which begins from the date of installation

    • Power box, power module, battery module:- 5 years
    • 4G dongle & intelligent electric quantity controller:- 1 years
  • The equipment damage due to customers negligence, intentional breach or improper operations are not covered under warranty.
  • Ethio telecom will do the installation and after sales service within the warranty period like dismantling the defect material from customer side and maintain or replace the defected product for free.
  • After one-time installation, relocation and move of the installed device will not be the responsibility of Ethio telecom.
