It is to be remembered that your esteemed company has taken bidding documents to participate in the bid for the supply of Core Switch with RFQ NO 4233447 through International Competitive Bidding (ICB). However, we are obliged to cancel this tender due to strategic changes that adversely affect the bidding process.
Hence, we regret to inform you that the bid is cancelled as result of the above stated & related concerns. In connection to this, ethio telecom appreciates the time and effort you had exerted during the preparation of your proposal for the RFQ and we apologize for any inconveniences that may have caused to your esteemed company.
